The Guardian's chisel is a tool that can only be obtained as a rare 0.1% drop from Guardians of the Citadel. When held while using gemstones, the chisel gives the player 10% more crafting experience.
This tool is meant to be a complement to the Crafting needle while Crafting. If the associated toolbelt upgrade is unlocked, the player can equip the chisel in conjunction with receiving a crafting boost from a Crafting needle in their inventory.
