Ninja perk is available on the Local market tab, under Upgrade dealership, and in the Combat category.
- The effect does NOT stack from each tier and the newest tier overwrites the first.
- Gives a chance to completely dodge your enemy's attacks in combat and Reckoning of the Gods.
