Note: the setups listed here aim for the highest experience per hour regardless of food consumption.

Melee training

In order to achieve the highest experience per hour possible all melee setups require using Potion of pure power.pngPotion of pure power in addition to the listed setups.

Training against enemies weak to slash offers the highest experience per hour but due to a variety of reasons players might choose to train against enemies with other weaknesses instead. It is always best to use an attack style the enemy is weak to.

Magic training

In order to achieve the highest experience per hour possible this setup requires using Potion of dark magic.pngPotion of dark magic in addition to the listed setup.

Training against enemies weak to magic offers the highest experience per hour.
