The fisherman skilling perk is available on the Local market tab, under Upgrade dealership, and in the Skilling category.
- The effect does NOT stack from each tier and the newest tier overwrites the first.
- If this perk activates, Fishing XP is only given for ONE fish.
- The Better fisherman grants an extra 25% experience from the fish caught with the the fisherman upgrade.
