Master crafter skilling perk is available on the Local market tab, under Upgrade dealership, and in the Skilling category.
- It is also required to have the Crafting level requirement of the gemstone you are Breaking.
- Breaking gemstones will give you the same amount of Crafting XP comparable to enchanting items individually with the selected type of gemstone.
