Exceptional enchantments provide a 5% increase in skill speed per enchanted jewelry piece. You can equip up to 4 pieces, allowing for a boost up to 20%. By consuming a Potion of Ancient Knowledge, you can further enhance this boost up to 30%.
Note: For instant actions, where a speed boost isn't possible, the enchantments will instead provide a 5% XP boost per enchanted jewelry piece, allowing for an XP boost up to 20%, or up to 30% with a Potion of Ancient Knowledge.
