Smelting magic skilling perk is available on the Local market tab, under Upgrade dealership, and in the Skilling category.
- The effect does NOT stack from each tier and the newest tier overwrites the previous.
- Gives a chance to save Ore when smelting Bars, the chance being based off the perk's tier.
