Bug fixes

Just a handful of bug fixes following yesterday's big update.

Fixed leaderboards profiles sometimes not updating when switching between accounts on the same client instance
Fixed some tasks being green and clickable when you didn't have the level requirement for them
Fixed quantities text in tasks not updating in real-time (for example if you viewing the woodcutting page while doing carpentry tasks, your log count wouldn't appear to go down until you left the woodcutting view and returned)
You should no longer be unnecessarily shown the "This feature is currently disabled" when initially opening the leaderboards
Fixed some texts not updating correctly when changing your game language from settings (until you relogged)
Fixed some localization issues
The connection error popups that you get when unsuccessfully attempting to log into to the game now mention that there might be a game update available causing the issue
The chat content should now always be scrolled all the way down when the chat is opened
Chat commands are no longer case sensitive
