Skilling consumables

Skilling consumables are items obtained from certain enemies, which can be used to gain additional experience when completing actions in the corresponding skill.

If the player is in possession of skilling consumables when starting an action that can consume them they will be asked if they would like to.

Common skilling consumables increase received experience by 2% when used, while the rare variety grants 4%.
