Most efficient fisherman skilling perk is available on the Local market tab, under upgrade dealership, and in the Skilling category.

The effect does NOT stack from each tier and the newest tier overwrites the first.
It is also required to have the cooking level of the fish you are Fishing, to cook it through the perk.
Automatically cooking a fish, will give you Cooking XP, provided you are at the correct cooking level of the fish.
Cooking Enchantments do NOT increase cooking XP gained through cooking a caught fish with this perk.
If this perk activates, XP is only given for ONE fish in the event you cook two.

5	10,000,000	Automatically cook the fish that you caught at a 50% success rate!
